In the menu on the website. It is a question mark in a circle. If the menu is at the top it also is labeled as Help and has the same label on the left if you haven't collapsed the labels.

Thanks, got it. That button wasn't appearing when I looked earlier.

So that's another bug in V3 to report, somewhat ironically.

I keep losing chunks of time when it switches to my turn. I did not have this issue until recently.

HI guys, could someone help me out please?

I've made my move (and basically ended the game with a checkmate), but the system is still expecting for me to make a move and is counting down my time...

The move has been registered as Qd7# in the moves section, and I can't make another one but the game is still ticking out :/

Is there any way out except to wait for the game to end with my loss on time?

You could open a ticket or bug report it but to save time I'll do that, since you may not get on again before staff can see it.

Bug report is in Help > Report a Bug or a ticket could be sent with https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

In the new version there has been a problem with zonal date! I have 9 hours plus zonal time here. I played 5 free tactics today on Saturday 28OCT2017 before 9AM. In a column chart the 5 free tactics appeared in Friday 27OCT2017, logically. However, in the list of 25 free tactic the date is WRONG = 28OCT2017! And moreover, AFTER 9AM I am not allowed to play 5 free tacticts for 28OCT2017 IN THE COLUMN CHART! i have to wait to 0AM and then I can play till 9AM next 5 free tactics on 29OCT2017 which will appear in the COLUMN CHART in 28OCT2017! Ït is very frustrating! In the older version it was OK! In fact now I have only time to catch the 5 free tactics from the LAST DAY on 0AM to 9AM  the NEXT DAY! Please repair wrong zonal date according to the older version. Thank you.

You have in the new version different date for the same 5 free tactics in the COLUMN CHART and different date for the same 5 free tactics in the LIST OF 25 FREE TACTICS! It is very FRUSTRATING! Please repair it.

The per day limit is based on midnight your local time. The old version of the site was based on the site's time, not local to you, I believe. So, when your time resets depends on the version you are using.

Was planning to join a tournament, but I was too late. So I wanted to observe my brother playing in it, but I could not find it in the 'In Progress'. My brother had joined, and I could observe him, but the tournament was not listed.

ManWithModem

Joined a tournament in the iOS app. Was playing a game around 3 min before it started. Got two messages that it was about to start, so I left the game and was ready to commence playing. Nothing happened. So I just played some non-tournament games and it worked fine. Later logged on a desktop machine. There the tournament first, second and third place dialog popped up and a notice that I had lost one game and that was it.

Since you were able to post, your account wasn't suspended. Maybe you were kicked from live for something you posted in chat or you were impacted by the fair play policy.
