I tried icognito mode and I tried disabling ad block, neither solves the issue. It is getting weirder now; in incognito the black queen in one of my games reappeared, but several pawns are now gone.

My message may not get to that staff member; I think there is something going on this week that might have some staff out.

 

Anyone having the problem should probably use the bug report option in the menu so it gets to a support person more quickly.

I have missing peaces too today in (daily chess games) or all opponent pawns are GONE ... or other game all my Pawns are gone ... if I hit how the game started I miss Bishops or Knights ... WEIRD BUG ... 22-10-2019 ... Why is CHESS(dot)com not reporting this problem on the front page?

I am using the most recent chrome, and when I do full screen, the board tilts to the left and the escape fullscreen button goes on top of the board, somewhere around f7~g7. Please help.

What game?

 

Make sure you're not in check, your king isn't moving through a square that is attacked and doesn't end up in an attacked square. Also, make sure the king hasn't moved yet, nor has the rook you want to castle with.

uh - the "report a bug" and "make a suggestion" buttons are not working.

Happened very recently, in the last 24 hours or so I think.

Is your king in check? But looking at your current game, I'm guessing it was when your queen was pinned to your king, when you had to take the rook like you did, or keep the queen on that file since any other move by the queen would put your king in check.

Martin, I did say it happened very recently, so the fact that you successfully reported a bug one day before that really doesn't tell us much ...
Whatever it was, the feature works fine right now.

Hi all. Anyone had experience with the mobile app crashing? It happens everytime I click on a random opponents avatar > profile and then click on the games button. Just thought I should share.

I found a serious UI problem in your app. The problem is in the game analysis report - when the game data is reversed on the sides, when the winning user shows the losing player's score.
The source of the problem is probably in the app / phone language, with both my phone and the app being in the right-to-left Hebrew language. I use the iPhone 8 by the way. The picture I attached shows a game I lost.
