I show your rating in the 1000 range on your profile and stats. If you are on the Android app, clearing the app cache may help.
I stumbled over a bug. I could not see all of the pieces on the board.

Than can happen sometime when there are problems with the browser cache. Normally clearing the cache and reloading the page will fixed missing images.
That is a legal move called capturing "en passant".

When you go to help in iOS mobile app, there is no way to report a bug or make a suggestion. I see a comment that you can do this from settings on mobile app. I was unable to find the ‘report a problem’ feature which that user suggested. I am frustrated there was no explanation of this in the support knowledge base. The only way I found out was that I had to search through the the forums just to find out this has apparently been the case for years (both lack of obvious bug button and lack of an accessible and relevant support page for mobile app). Many of us play 99% of the time on our phones and tablets, a little more support and attention is needed, or what am I paying for really? For now I suppose I have to settle for giving the app a 1 star review in the store.
Also, in case anyone is wondering, I checked and my app was outdated. However, updating to the v4.0, the problem is the same, no bug report or suggestion button, and same irrelevant knowledge base. Disappointing.

Chess puzzle counting rating wrong. As you can see I've solved puzzle without mistake and final rating decreased on section 2
Hi , I was playing the game (lost to my opponent sadly) after that I visited his profile was checking his previous game but then I saw award section in his profile clicked on different awards and it said You completed this task on some day however I just downloaded the game I think you can log this as an improvement/enhancement or bug( it will enhance the end user experience ) suggestion - You can remove the designation such as You simply state the message This task was completed on someday or state the username (You for logged in player) as per logged in user . I am not sure if this project is open source if it is I would like to contribute (as I am a developer ). Mailing the supporting evidence (as I can't see the attachment option )

If you're using the Arcade or Natural animation type, try changing to the default one and see if that helps.
Staff are looking into an issue some members are experiencing, but that may help.

Some of my games doesn’t launch on my iphone’s app.
