I've played about 2100 Puzzle Duel games this month, but still I'm stuck on The Gold King rank. I've solved very accurately and played very strong players, but I can't rank up to Champion. Is there anything holding me back? what is a general threshold to achieve to rank up. My Chesskid username is FairBoldSnowman.
I think that site has a Help option like here. You should ask there in the Support option
Most members here probably aren't very active there and staff don't usually reply in the club or forums. Most staff here also don't work on or use that site so may not know the answer.

UPDATE: I did it, it took intense grinding, but I did it, 6000 games later...
