im confused. there is an Analyze button showing when i play games against a human opponent. is clicking on the button cheating? using an engine is cheating, isn't the anayze button based on an engine?

It doesn't use the engine. It just allows you to analyze and keep notes without using an engine.

Analysis you do by yourself, without referencing an engine, is legal.
