Ashley contacted support using the same email on the original closed account? My guess is that there's a misunderstanding in exactly what was being requested as it pertains to authenticating the account belongs to her.
That said, no one else can get an account re-opened, so if staff can't authenticate ownership, for whatever reason, no amount of posting can change that.

LET'S SAY HER EMAIL IS ASHLEY123 (RANDOM). THAT IS THE EMAIL SHE USED FOR THE MAKING OF HER ACCOUNT, AND THAT IS THE ACCOUNT SHE WANTS TO REOPEN
