Still receiving email after unsubscribing from all emails & notifications.

As the title says, I do not want to receive any email from Chess.com. I do receive random emails (basically spam) which have a link at the bottom to Chess.com's Unsubscribe/Email Options page. I have already unsubscribed from all. Yet I continue to receive emails.

This sort of marketing behavior is extremely irritating and reflects very poorly on Chess.com. Please resolve.

You might check with support, if you have all the email options unchecked under Settings > Notifications:

Is this solved? If so, how? I have exactly the same issue, still receive unwanted mail despite having turned off all notifications...

Also having same issue, did click save, but I am still getting emails.

Same issue. Gonna delete my account soon. Too bad for my in advance paid diamond membership. But every day like 3 mails is just spam. I also unchecked from every option and saved it, still more emails to come

There are some site promotional type emails you'll still get with email notifications disabled but the emails also have an unsubscribe link which should stop all emails.
