I have explained to the bot now, it said I'll get an answer in 1-3 days. Also today I have checked my bank and they didn't charged in the past 24 hours. So I have updated the amount and set for another 24 hours. Still waiting them to charge. This is really a bad system and should change; there should be a button to "pay" and it should charge immediately.

The process has automated retries, though I don't know how often it happens.
The 1-3 days is an estimate for staff to contact you.
Today I have checked my bank again and it wasn't charged, again. The last time I have set the full year amount and set for 7 days. If you charge it in 7 days, you got it; otherwise, I am bored of it and don't really care anymore.
I don't know how Chess.com keep going with this subscription business that gives really bad experience. I am sure of it they are losing so much potential subscription members to this bad system. I simply want a "PAY" button there, and I want it to be charged right away when I hit that. You don't have any attempt to charge me for the past 3 days, I am trying my back off to make chess.com charge me but they still kept sending me "Warning mails" in 10th December and later in 12nd December.
I was happy to buy it in sales, I also have recommended to couple of my friends to buy a subscription. Charge it right now or I don't really care after this, truly. And please make changes in this payment system for good.

Hello. A week and half ago, in the black friday sales, I have subscribed for the yearly Diamond plan, which gave me 7 days trial for the starter. For safety reasons, I am using a card that I decide "how much" anything can be charged and "how long" it can be charged so I have set for the amount of yearly plan subscription and gave it couple hours so it could be charged for the payment. It looks like chess.com did not charged until the 7 days trial ended and today I have recieved an e-mail telling me there was problems in my payment. And there is also a link to a page if I want to change my card info. So I have set the same yearly total amount, this time with 24 hours limit. I have tried to find ways to make chess.com charge the payment but I couldn't find, so I have updated my card info, thinking it may trigger a charge. Couple hours later I have checked my bank and still wasn't charged yet. Tried to find some customer support and live chat to tell them to "charge it right now", but looks like chess.com doesn't have any live support which is a bummer.
So I am telling it here to charge it right now and also asking, when it's going to charged? There is only 16-20 something hours left before we will have the same problem again.
