Supscription cancelled multiple times

I bought a platinum membership, but a few days after my trial ended, my subscription expired. You might be thinking (whoever YOU is) that I bought it for one month, but I bought the yearly package. This had happened again multiple times, and I spent ₹3000 each time. After that, I bought the diamond yearly membership thinking it would get fixed but it didn’t. I did NOT get my money back. Even iOS is telling me that it is expired, but only a few days before. Please help
I now have my diamond membership, but again, iOS is telling me it will expire
Is this an Apple problem? Or is it chess.com’s?
