Tactics trainer problems

When doing the tactics trainer, every time it shows the computer move first, I can't make a move. Anyone eles having this problem?

There is a known problem with "click-n-click" moving in some cases. Have you tried dragging the piece instead? See if that works for you.

The Tactics Trainer refused me from training, because it said I had done my 10 puzzles. That was yesterday. Is it because of time zones or something else?

If I'm not mistaken, you can only do the free tactics trainer every 24 hours. So if you finished the free ten puzzles last night at 8pm, I don't think you can access it again until 8pm the next day.
