Teacher email doesn't go to chess.com address?

Ok, interesting thoughts. There is a small problem though, and that is some of the coaches listed here do not have or use @chess.com email accounts. But we will surely look into some of these issues. Maybe we can have it done through messages on the Chess.com site? Or when they email you about an inquiry it goes to your regular email AND your @chess.com email
The biggest thing is that you need to know the username of the person who emailed you. One person emailed me, and I have no idea what their username is, I just know their hotmail address which they probably don't even check =)

well, if they are emailing you, then you would hope that they would include their contact info :) and that they are emailing you from an email address they use :) also, they can choose to message you instead...
changing your destination email address won't address the issue. the main problem is that you want their username?
Hi, I have a profile listed in the teacher listings. When someone tries to contact me, and clicks 'email zenchess', the only way I get that email is through my regular email address. It does not say in the email what their chess.com username is. Ideally, I'd like the emails to go to my chess.com email address, and I'd like their username to be included in the email. Right now, when I reply to them through my email client, there is no guarantee they even check their regular email, and they might be expecting a reply from somewhere within the chess.com site.
