If you're on the iOS app there is a known issue impacting some games. Staff are looking into it and there should be an update soon that should help with the problem.

I play bullet chess, my network is good, I move and use 3-4 anticipation steps, then a bug occurs, my time keeps running for a few seconds, then my opponent's time runs, today I have experienced this more than 5 times
Yes enough is enough , I watch the clock run out on the opponents but at end I am out of time and have lost
Personally I can't buy the "I lost connection " theory
Because almost every time this has happened it begins just after making a game changing move in my favor

Version 4.7.17 of the app with a fix is in the process of rolling out.
