it's true.. your account has been closed, I was in that team tournament and saw 3 emails in my inbox ... all saying I couldn't read the content
The reason (99% sure) is that you were banned for 'spamming' .. you sent too many emails in a short period of time... make sure you only click the 'send' button once :)
Your account will be reactivated by Erik soon, I'm sure.

Help\!!! Yes... I sent a lot of emails, informing the others about the tournament updates.. But who knew.. I will loose my account like that.. Its not good.. and I am feeling very bad right now... Hope Erik is the only man who will help me out right now..
Ah Matt's right, it's just you sent too many emails in a short period. They have a auto-system that locks an account down in case of spammers. It'll be set straight right away, you have nothing to worry about.
Thats Good!! I feel better!! I sent around 30-35 emails to the different members.. within 45 minutes say!! And now i messed up my account!! Thanks God if things are OK.
I'm pretty sure it triggers if it's like 10 emails in as many minutes or something. You're account is just fine. You will have to delete psyhrishi I'm sure though... haha. Quickly! Play a game with me and resign after 4 moves! Haha, just kidding.
When my account was closed twice, they said the machine shouldn't have done that. If this happens again, just send feedback and they can re-open your account. You have done nothing wrong.

Well!! Just an hour ago while I was sending messages to my friends in chess.com regarding a chess tournament, suddenly my account got closed.. My account was with the id- psihrishi. I sent in a complain, but couldnt understand why was it suddenly closed.. I ask the chess.com owners to please re-activate that account for me, as i earned enough points, rating and fame via that.. Cant just loose it like that now.. It took me 3 months to build that one.. To erik, Please help me.. My email address is [email protected] . Please try and help me out..
