At the bottom of the page on all main site pages shows 'Help & Support', when that page opens, top right corner is a link showing 'Contact'.
(In Live Chess, click the 'Help' link top right, takes you to the help & support page)
That should then allow you to create a ticket to the support team however at the moment quite a few are having problems with the Send button which does normally work (we are fixing it).
If you do need a direct email/person on staff to contact just until the 'Send' button is fixed, my email address is [email protected]
I experience from time to time absolutely grotesque and unilateral verbal attacks through the chat. When I want to report it through the contact link, the send bottom does not work. Anyone sharing the same issues? Shouldnt there be a very direct link to the site manager to report such situations?
