Why can't I create an absentee tournament ?

Hello . Yesterday there was a glitch on the site. I can not create absentee tournament. Before yesterday I created 44 tournaments. Everything worked fine. Write the reason and when you fix the error 

I wanted to create a standard tournament just now and it didn't work, too.
Maybe a bug for tournament creation?

No . I'm creating everything as usual. Already created more than one tournament ) Now it kicks out to set the time and date of the tournament. Although it is not necessary in principle. This is if the player himself so wants to create such a tournament. But even so made set the date and time . All seems to be normal. I click to create a tournament. But nothing happens. The tournament is not created. I'm just wondering if it's just me? Or now nobody can create absentee tournaments ?

What does absentee mean???!!!

There is a language related bug.

If you switch to English in your settings you should be able to create tournaments. Once the bug is fixed you'll be able to switch back.

I translated it into English. Tried to create a tournament. Same thing. I can't create a tournament?

If you're trying to create a Daily tournament here https://www.chess.com/tournaments that's currently completely broken.

You'll need to use https://www.chess.com/play/online/tournaments then Create > Club Daily Tournament

The naming is not accurate. That is a standard daily tournament and not locked down to clubs

Martin, I was able to create a tournament using Your link, thank You. But, can create it but not edit it. When I try to edit it, the same bug appears again.

I think the Daily tournament form here https://www.chess.com/tournaments has been fixed but the other problem isn't yet
