Isn´t Steak resetting unwillingly van be called a bug dear Martin? can´t it be fixed?

There was code implemented to try and minimize it happening, but staff didn't find a bug in code that they thought would cause it to happen.
I believe they're still looking for some reason it might happen.
Thank you Martin, then let´s wait for them MIS people to eventually find the root cause of this discrepency between yesterdays completed puzzles and todays...

I was playing a 24 hour match. I had trapped their queen and took it. It was then their turn. They moved about one hour ago and then I opened up the app, then it said black won on time

Yesterday I had 742 with hints of course (which is correct) in a row and today 359 in a row.
I asked support but... I would like to known if it is a unique bug or if another players experience it as well. Thank you beforehand for your feedback.
