Bots

The system decides if you have to win or lose. The system chooses higher rated opponents if you have to lose, lower rated if you have to win. One thinks to be playing with real people, but they are bots instead.

The previous post about bots has to be considered cancelled.

It doesn't just choose them to make you lose bro

I have got matched up 2 times with like a 1600 and 1 time I actually won even if I am only 1200

It always just randomly choose them you know

But are you gonna let that get in your way? I ain't

WarMasterVik

And the time I got matched up with a 1600 I told you about was in a single rapid arena I stayed for only like 4-5 games

I've heard some interesting excuses for losing games. This one is really something!

If you want to get better, you need to think to yourself "OMG I made a terrible blunder in that game, literally hung mate in one. I need to learn not to do that again in future games."

You literally played that blunder in one second. You had almost ten minutes left on the clock. You would have seen the danger if you had given yourself 30 seconds.

Yeah this site is filled with bots, which is why you get instant matched. They try to peddle you into their premium subscription by making you think you're tilted or missing something. I found a bot who is around 1400 and has a non-human amount of games since 2014. Random profile picture from google and coded to be in the 1400 pool. Nobody who has been playing all day every single day for 7 years is still 1300 or 1400. But that's what everyone is seeing on this site.

Go look at lichess. Real people playing takes time to match. I have found my rating on lichess is around 1900 consistently whereas on here they will try to give you bot after bot with either no profile picture and playing since 2010 in the 1300 range, or an obviously fake profile picture from google. They fill the rating pools with computers playing 87%+ grandmaster level games just so you buy their subscription. How much do you want to bet my post gets removed by staff?

Go look at other bot accusation forums. They are all targeted by a swath of deniers, including staff. The proof everyone has outweighs the "lol ur just not good". Lichess has my rating pegged way higher against 1900 fide players. It's wrong to play with people's minds like this, so I will speak up.

Lichess rating points are a cheap currency. They are worth much less than chess.com rating points.

Mister Kevin Osh I play so many times a day that it may happen a loss of concentration. Naturally I make sometimes unbelievably blunders if you think I have been for playing for many years and am aware of almost all trivial tricks. That said I really appreciate and love you, dear truffle dog. But I'm quite sure that I could find the same blunders in your games. Anyway the impression that bots are infesting the site is still strong in me. But suddenly terrific question arises spontaneous: are you a bot?

fernando110482

Another thing, mister Kevin, don't call me and others trash players. Everyone can be trash of somebody else.

Closed_username1234

This is pretty crazy tbh. Does anyone have any proof to back up this claim? Like a game or account that looks like it's not a real person?

LMAO!

Yes I am a bot, how did you guess? My real name is blunder bot. I make blunders that only a computer could make. I was created in a top secret CIA laboratory. But shh don't tell anyway because its a secret :-)

My alt account is rated 1800+ on this website. KryptoSentinel is the name. I have beaten multiple 1800s if I tell them my rating is in the "expert" category at sign up. It further proves my point. This website is a course-peddling scam and multiple people can attest, this place is for trash players. Have fun with your many more bot riddled games!

Let me see if I understand this.

https://www.chess.com/stats/live/rapid/kryptosentinel

You created an alt account claiming to be an expert level player. You won two rapid games and lost two rapid games and your rating dropped a couple of hundred points.

One of those games was against an 800 and the other win was a very strange resignation when the opponent was just about to win.

And this somehow proves both that everyone is a superhuman level bot and also a trash player?

I did not need to reply to this thread. I did so because the smears peddled here are enormously disrespectful to the staff who work for chess.com

There are over a couple of hundred staff who work for chess.com now. They don't always get everything right. Sometimes they make mistakes and sometimes they deserve criticism. But what is claimed here implies that they are engaging in criminal behavior. Well, if there is really so much "proof" of this, get a team of lawyers together to take them to the cleaners.

Or, retract your baseless conspiracy theories and take a hard look at how you could have played your own games better.

fernando110482

With my post I didn't really wanted to accuse anybody. I just wanted to express my perplexity about the fact I dropped 200 points in a short time. Lack of concentration due to age? Fatigue for too many games? Discouragement that makes me feel like a sacrificial sheep for the le

Discouragement that makes me feel like sacrificial sheep for any even very weak opponent? Is it possible everybody plays better than me that reached 1200 rating and drop to 750? An explanation , added to the other, might be algorithms that

fernando110482

An algorithm that pushes me to play endlessly in order to reach the rating I may be satisfied with. The site doesn't want me quit, so tries everything to keep me in. I have no proofs of that, but still suspect bots are spread among human players. What I need is just a clear and definite pronounce about this question. Once for all.

fernando110482

Mr Kevin Osh, definitely you are not a bot. A bot would not be as judging and presumptuous as you are. I was joking. Accept my apologies.

Here is an account created Sep 2020. Look at the next picture to see how many games they have played

I saw somewhere that people said the bot used in this mod was really difficult, so I got the game off Steam and downloaded the mod to test it out. It was Monika After Story, a pretty bland game but I decided to test it out in the name of science. I tested it against my Windows 7 game called "Chess Titans" and set the level to the bot as Level 10, Unsurprisingly, the Windows Bot won, even though Level 10 on that isn't even half of the Max Stockfish settings.

Here's a PGN of the game.
