Bug Report. app does not acknowledge move - clock keeps running
Same thing happens to me all the time. I restart the app but it disconnects again and again. I’m on iOS.
This is not the place to make a bug report. On the IOS app, you are supposed to use the Contact Us link in Help to report problems. (On the website, there is a separate link in Help for Bug Report.)
I assume you are talking about the IOS bug. It is being worked. They thought they had it figured out last week but another bug appeared. The latest update is that the fix is in QA and they expect to submit a new version to Apple later today. (Apple usually takes a couple of days to approve new app versions.)
If you did a search for "IOS bug", you might come up with other threads discussing the problem.
I was looking for where to complain about this. Just 2 days ago my games started to freeze after I moved. I lost 20 points on my rating tonight when I was winning in both games. Everything else works on my ipad so I know I have active wifi. I can't close my app but I can communicate in it. I am getting tired of not being able to move and be forced to watch as my rating drops again. What can I do?
You were disconnected from the live server. This is a known problem on iOS app and developers are looking into it.
The check mate thing went up for a second then disappeared and my time started running
If that's the iOS app, previous versions had an issue that could do that on some games. Version 4.7.17 was released with a fix
