Custom Position or Starting Position shows instead of opening

Anyone else have this issue where it does not show the opening? Mine has just been showing Starting Position or Custom Position and sometimes during the game it will eventually load. Looking for troubleshooting tips... will try separate browsers again but I've tried that already.

I came to the forum to see if others were having this issue and I am kind of disheartened that no one has responded to this post. Anyway, I am having it, for a while now.

Same problem want a response.

I put in a ticket and although I haven't heard back from anyone, the problem seems to correct itself the next day. Will see if it comes back.

Having the exact same issue now for about 2 weeks.

It's been on and off or me for several months. Different browsers and such. Bumping for visibility.

I get it too, reloading just fixes it
