For me for example 2 minutes and to give to my opponent 10 minutes. Handicaps.

You can't.

The suggestion has been made previously.

Moderators. Popular streams will have chesscom mods to create those "odds" games.

This is correct. Some of the streamers have also been given the ability to do it themselves. If you really want this to become a feature available to everyone, you can make a suggestion in the bottom left of your screen: Help > Make a Suggestion

Elsewhere one suggestion is this:

At move one, th ep.ayer who wants less time lets the clock run until the desired time.  Example: i want my opponent to have 10 min and I have 4 minutes only. Set up a 10 minute game.  On my first move---white or black---I let my clock run to 4 minutes. Yeah it's a waste of six minutes, but it gets me there until chess.com gives us a flexible chess clock. happy.png

Be careful about triggering game abandonment.

Probably was disagreed with because of making ratings unreal? it would be interesting if you could set up different time controls for ppl playing unrated games.

Ppl want it for challenges with friends and as another way of balancing them like with the piece odds.

I still don't know why they don't have this feature here but the other big chess website (i don't know if I am allowed to say their name) has this feature so if you want to play with different times for each player you can do that over there

It literally makes no sense why they still don't have an option for it....

Sim_giz

you can give time to opponent.

You can start for example a bullet 1min game, then add time to opponent during the game..

Adamya_07

Please give an option to play with variable time with a friend
