I am a 500 who beats 900s and 600s and 700s but I don't beat 800s

I swear there are more blunders in 400, then at the lower levels. They also fall for pretty obvious discovered attacks around 400. I like sneaky tactics at this elo, works well.

600 is a barrier for me, and I don't know why. I've beaten multiple 1000 friends of mine in unrated game multiple times, but 600s chew me alive. Who knows why.
