When someone stall out the clock. I send dm reminders a Trash can Emoji to remind them they are garbage.
I think with resigning, elo goes down more too (I’m not sure though)

Actually, due to this site not using FIDE rules for mating material left when flagging, deliberately letting your tike run out can turn a loss into a draw, such as here:
Black will be mated next move, yet if he has a few seconds left, he can deliberately let them run out since due to white only having a bishop, the game would be declared a draw (since the site goes by the material and not whether any checkmate is possible). In this case, losing on time would improve your result.

But if the light squared bishop on G8 is moved wouldn't it stop mate? If i am wrong please explain.
I relinquish that statement. I realized that white had the next move and would indeed mate in 2 my bad.

I mean there's a difference between having to go for a bit and purposely stalling instead of resigning
I had someone abandon the game with ~25m left on a 30m game. you can report for stalling.
earlier today I had a pushy impatient person telling me to move after I'd taken about four or five minutes considering my move. a few minutes later they were telling me to look at the clock differences and insulting me as slow. i mated them shortly after.
both are blocked, dunno what else you can do with people like this.
