unremovable pop-up at start of non-first games

i get this pop-up that can't be killed (by x) or otherwise. If I'm black i can play a move (that is not in the center) and then click refresh (this is on browser). Anyone else having this issue?

Someone also experienced this in a different forum. Maybe a random glitch that hasn’t been fixed yet.
