Chess Clubs/meetups on Long Island?

Greetings! just noted your Post on chess clubs in Long Island. I have a similar post where I listed several locations now for 2023 in the Suffolk County location. 
Bay shore Library meets every Thursday from 6:30 PM to close. We have some strong players here...

Tallulah's restaurant in Bayshore has a club meet up every Wednesday from 7pm till 10 pm. The owner actually reserves an area in the front entrance with Clocks and boards! Most of the players from the Bayshore library meet here as well.

On Tuesdays we have a meetup at the Connetquot library in Bohemia. This starts at 5 PM till 9 pm. The meetup is Fairly new.

On Fridays we have a meetup at the Center Reach library also known as the Middle country library from 6pm till close . Nice folks here and a few strong players.

We have a decent group of players that keep a loop in progress. If you would like to be informed on a regular basis, feel free to reach out to me in this regard. Chess in Long Island is really taking off!

Come join the Rock'n Robin Chess Club at the Massapequa Central Ave public library from 6:00-8:45 pm every Monday! Our club welcomes players of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. We also hold casual chess tournaments and other events that are perfect for players who want to improve their skills and enjoy friendly competition. Spread the word! The Rock'n Robin chess club will be hosting a Free Chess tournament! It will be on Monday June 24th 2024 (next week) at the Massapequa central avenue public library, 6 rounds, 10|0 games. Tournament starts at 6:30 pm on the dot, NO LATE ENTRIES. Free Pizza will be provided, top placers win prizes as well!

What meetups in Suffolk are still on?

OK- tomorrow you will have the same players that meet at the Bayshore library, meet at the Bayshore Marina. They play at 6pm very close to the main entrance by the town beach area. During the summer this was a popular venue being that the weather had permitted. My thoughts are that they will be meeting again on Thursdays in the Brightwaters Library at the same time.

ON Saturday they meet at the Panera bread located in Hauppauge and on Fridays we all still meet at the Centereach library from 6pm till close.

The Long Island Women’s Chess Club hosts a co-Ed chess meetup 3-6 pm the third Sunday of each month at the Main Street Board Game in Huntington Village. We play casual, friendly games and the venue is terrific.
