Win Streaks at Live Tournaments

Hey, any advice on what to practice if my ELO (not FIDE) is 1300 and my opponent's FIDE rating is over 2000? I'm competing at a local tournament and I need help with practicing against him.
I don't know how to practice! I thought it was going to be about win streaks!
Just practice with bots or buy a chess board in real life and practice on that board with your family or friends
