Puzzle from one of my past games

It's OK to post easy puzzles but make sure that they are OK! This one is wrong. Instead of ..Bg4, black should defend against the mate threat with ..a5 or ..Kd6.

In a puzzle you should play the best of the best of the best moves. You can't say "this is what happened in my game". Your game does not matter.

I know however like i said in the post its that this came from one of my past games and the low elo Rating signifies that the opponent  and you are new to chess and prone to making mistakes although those would be better its not realistic for a Pearson in a low Elo like me to have the knowledge of seeing into the future.

Thank you for your advice though on the mistakes black had made and it lets me analyze what not todo if i was in his position.

The point is "a puzzle is not a game" even when you take it from a game. Puzzle moves should always be perfect and you can test them in chess.com's analysis function.

Note that puzzle solvers cannot read your mind. They can only solve your puzzle when they can rely on both sides playing the best moves.

yea i was really confused when i first tried this because normally in actual puzzles where the opponent is stockfish you have to play more forcing moves, especially while mate in two

im 600 elo and i couldn't solve this, felt more like random plays than a real puzzle tho

You couldn't solve it because no one can. There is no mate-in-2. The OP is a confused beginner.

Qb3 qb4 is how you would solve it, it's been a while since I have made this

After Qb3, black has 2 good moves to choose from, and not get mated. The puzzle doesn't work, as it was pointed out back then.

The point I made a year ago was that it isn't realistic to expect the best moves. This was taken from a real game if you expect to go against stockfish every time you play then good for you. Not my fault your unable to solve a simple puzzle and complain how there was things they could have done when told the explanation. YOUR just bad a chess most likely because you only play against bots and can't see that humans aren't bots.
