After 1. Nh4 black just take the rook Qxh4 and there is no mate. The solution is 1.Rh5+ Kxh5 2.Ngf4++ and no matter where the king goes 3.Qh5 is checkmate.

that does work, but it can’t be Rh5+ because that’s the move that he tried in the screenshot which it said was wrong. So it must be a mate in 2. I think it’s 1.Ne7 (1.Nh8 also mates but is slower as black can delay the mate).
