I have a 2450 somthing, but I think that it you get rating harder than it is to lose rating. Once I was at 2300, and I got like, 4 wrong, and then my rating was then 2192 somthing. Upvote if you agree with this.

I over all think, YES, 2600 rating in puzzles is really great.

when you get a puzzle right, its typically +5

when you get one wrong, more likely -12

so you need to get 4/5 correct to make any progress in rating

Yes, but you also receive bonus points if you solve it inside the target time, up to 10+ points depends of the puzzle rating and how much of the target time you didn't spend.

A 2600 puzzle rating is most excellent. It shows you've learned. Nicely done! ♟️

yes, very good

Got to 2700 last week, didn't manage to stay there very long!

I wouldn't necessarily say thats "good" as it doesn't seem to translate into improved playing rating.

Lichess puzzles are much harder at the same level, opposite to playing rating.

I just hit my highest peak 2855, trying to get 2900.

In relation to my 10 minute rank, which is 1200. I played one tournament and it ranked me 1600. I rarely play chess, but I do like to solve puzzles.

Congratulations, the question was "is 2600 good", not "how big is your d*ck" though

If I had a big one I wouldn't feel so insecure to make this thread. 8)

Hikaru is 3900.

I think Anna Cramling is 2900 and GothamChess is 3000, and neither is GM.

So now I have a better reference to go by.
