A very nice combination by Black. I think the only right move for White was Kc1 (or perhaps there were other better moves), although trading Queens was very tempting.
I don't know wether I would have made the same mistake if I were you, but I usually
like to trade Queens as early as possible.
Ouch. Then Kxc3 would fork the King and Rook also.
interesting game....the knight move is a game finisher!!
I've been going through some of my old games and thought some of my mistakes might make reasonable puzzles, so here goes. A simple one first. In this position I played Qc3 to block the check from the Queen at f6. Why was this a very bad idea?
