In your post from less than a half hour ago, the first two moves work in either order but only one order is accepted.  If you move the White King to e1, move the Black a6 pawn to c5, and add a Black queen on b4, then only one order of moves works.

To fix the move order, simplest is to move one knight to d6 in the diagram!

Be6 also works.  Removing the White Bishop leaves just one solution.

The OP wrote to me that he doesn't like to alter the integrity of the puzzles contributed by his scholars. Those gentle souls apparently require protection against the woes of the world such as valid chess puzzles wink
