PSA about The Password Game's "Chess" rule to make it easier.

- The boards shown are always mate in 2 puzzles that require a brilliant (!!) sacrifice or (rarely) a different move that is a bit unintuitive.

- The correct move is almost always a rook or queen sacrifice.

- 99.9% of the time, the correct move is a check. Be sure to include a plus (+) sign so that your answer will be accepted, as it is part of the move notation.

So, with that in mind, here's a rough guide:

1. Look for checks that sacrifice a rook or queen for a checkmate.

2. If no huge sacrificing move works, look for other checks and/or sacrifices.

3. If no check/sacrifice works, look for general moves that not many people would think to do.

4. If you know the correct answer but don't know how to write it, there are many guides to be found at your fingertips. Such as this website!

I hope this is helpful. This should result in less people wasting their time screenshotting a chessboard and posting it here. Not that that's a bad thing...learning is good. But if you're trying to do a speedrun or something, now you know what to do.
