wow difficult! i didnt see this for ages - even when really concentrating and it was relatively simple when i evntually got it! :)

Took me about 2 mins. The trick is to look for quiet zugzwang moves in positions like these, rather than immediately going for the forcing check-check-check-check-checkmate moves.
