Looking at the global leaderboard for Puzzle Rush, there are some fishy scores. On the 3 minute puzzle rush global leaderboard half of the players ranked 20-50 are chess masters and they max out at about one puzzle per 3 seconds, no problem with that, it's amazing but masters are amazing.
But at the top of the leaderboard there are people who can solve over 150 increasingly difficult puzzles in 3 minutes without error! Given each puzzle must average 2/3 moves, thinking about and executing 300-400 precise moves in 180 seconds ... well it's silly.
I don't think people exist who can do this without cheating.
Yup, the top 5-minute rush scores right now are ridiculous and obviously the result of engine use. It's obnoxious that people do this, presumably for the sole purpose of getting their names at the top of the leaderboard.
