Woolly will be soon forming a new OTF government , the aim of which will be, to ensure the smooth functioning of the OTF , and the safety of its members. There will be various departments created, each of which will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the OTF ……These departments are as follows. If we are to separate from Chess.com, we will need a fully independent government with checks and balances, with power in the hands of the people. One of the departments will be the policy makers, who are specially elected OTF members whose jobs it is to suggest changes to the UUOTF. Changes will be sent to vote if three other policy makers endorse the change. Policy makers must have been on UUOTF for 6 months in order to run, and have the endorsements of 5 other UUOTFers. Policy makers terms last for 6 months, and can serve an unlimited amount of terms if they are voted to stay in office. There can be a maximum of 12 policy makers.
The main, and most prestigous jobs are the admins. Admins must be UUOTFers for 9 months, and have endorsements from 12 UUOTFers to run. Elections for admins come every 6 months. There can be 3 admins at once, though this can change if it is not sufficient. If an admin wants to mute or ban a non-troll member, than it must come to a vote for the rest of the UUOTF to decide. If a user has been reported 3 times during the same 12 hour period, than the admin is allowed to take emergency power and mute/ban that member without any vote. If there is any gross misuse of admin power, than 9 of the 12 policy makers must vote on whether or not to remove the admin from power. If 9+ vote yes, than the vote goes to the UUOTF.
