You would think people would be unhappy about the condition of chess.com, but these users are so braindead that they actually contribute to making it more toxic every day. Pathetic.

It would help if you were more specific.

Several pages of spam threads a day and very little discussion about how stupid it all is, and such a waste of time. An chess.com encourages just this kind of time wasting because they're a capitalist company and all they care about is warm bodies wasting their lives on their platform.

I thought chess was supposed to be a game for smart people, but I don't even want to talk to the immature babies who are always commenting in these forums. Chess.com should do something to get rid of most of you.

I actually don't think chess.com imagined off-topic forums would become a social club for toddlers when they designed it. I think they counted on having mostly adult users back then.
