You have to contact support. Use the “help” tab, and click “contact support”. Then you have to tell them you want to reopen an account, and then wait a few days for a response from them, that usually will end up with your account reopened.

Did that 5 times, never got a reply, and it's been a month
Well, that’s the only way. The only advice I could give is to contact them again, and hope for a response within a week or so.
In my gmail, chess.com asks if I want to reopen my account and when I press yes, it says: "Address not found"
Please help me
