The OTF Wikipedia.

The otf Wikipedia thing was based (to a stretch) on past threads regarding otf research/“otf-ology”. Your otf history thread is also an inspiration, and it reminded me of these past threads of mine:
How time zones affect otf popularity/activity

"QUOTESPOOF"
The act of quoting a comment, and editing the material to be comical. History pulls the action back many years, but the term has taken popularity very recently.

A character or song recently revived, mostly posted in music forums by otfers (people who use Off Topic) who enjoy it either for the satisfaction or annoyance of anyone in the chat.

A spam used mostly by Leafy on RPs to fill up the chat and show that the user exists. This is an extremely useful and annoying way to summon a forum back online.

Terms usually used to show that the user is cry-laughing or satisfied with a response. Similar to “lol” in a sense. It can also be used to show sarcasm in a user's tone.
When was it first called otf?
