Reset Timeout% on becoming premium?

Sort:
Jabbok

I started playing on Chess(dot)com and had several games under way when an emergency placed me the hospital. I had four surgeries and spent a couple of weeks in the hospital. I'm doing well now thanks.

While in the hospital all my games "Timed Out". I have no problem with that but now I can't join some tournaments because my "Time Out" ratio is in the twenties.

Is the only way to bring this down by playing more games and finishing them on time?

I was NOT a member when I went to the hospital and since then I've joined. I was hoping that joining would erase this pho-pa and let me start with a clean slate. This wasn't the case, however. Perhaps the site could add this feature as a bonus for joining.

I played as a guest.

Jabbok probably means that he was a basic member when the timeouts occurred - but has since become a premium member.

Can't you just keep playing and let your timeout percentage drop naturally?  Would it take that long?

we're working on making this a ROLLING stat, so after maybe 6 months your timeouts drop off.

It looks like you decided to base it on 90 days rather than 6 months - which is even nicer!
