Bug Low Rated Bot On App

I installed the app and it seems like that the low bots (1000<) are completely insane, when i play on my PC i can beat them easily but when i play on the app they play like high rated bot, is there a way to fix this ? (i played against bot with 600elo and with 2000elo and it's the same difficulty)
