Online closed games: what options?

Does the following exist? An online game, 24 hrs to move, don't move forfeits the turn. That's what I want.

I teach school. 15-30 teens would participate. All have different schedules. Tournament runs three months. All players start with playing 15-30 games with one day to make first move. The next day they start their games for which they are playing black.

I find sites that allow unlimited time. Do any sites allow forfeiture of move if too much time lapses?

Chess.com has daily chess. Each player has 1 day to make each move. However, if a player doesn't move after the 24 hours have elapsed, then the other player can either keep waiting or claim victory on time. Not sure if that's what you want.

Forfeiture of a move is not a good solution. A player in zugzwang or not having the opposition could purposely let their time lapse.
