(Practice) Chess Survey

Good Morning,

Would you mind if I asked for some help and guidance?

I created a survey looking into the significance of chess. I pose 'seven significant questions' (who, what, when, where, why, how and will) revolving around what your thoughts about chess are. From 'What do you think...' to 'will chess survive...', I am curious as to what you 'perceive' about chess, and its significance within your lives.
