I am currently working with 20 students in the USA on daily chess tasks. Instead of coaching them live once a week, I send them daily chess tasks and game analysis in video form, and I monitor their rating progress every week. So far, my students have made an average progression of 200 points within 60 to 90 days. I'm referring to players rated 800 - 1000 at Chess.com. I believe that Chess.com could offer this coaching for a very reasonable price. Workshops and tournaments are also organized on a weekly basis. The monthly charge for daily tasks is very affordable, and the students prefer to learn chess at their own pace. I have daily direct contact with them via a Slack channel, so they have a private chess coach at a very reasonable price. What do you think about this idea?
