Yeah, ads are annoying, Try downloading an ad block extension from the web store. That should do the trick!

Not that it's a huge deal, but it is slightly annoying that I've paid for a gold membership only to continue to be bombarded with ads to upgrade to a higher tier. If someone purchases a gold membership it's because they don't want a higher tier... so why would you immediately advertise that to them?
