The mobile app has benefits. Less junk.
If you want a coach, hire a human. If you cannot afford one, buy a chess book and read it. Bots cannot coach any more than they can moderate profanity in the forums with consistency.

I have the same complaint. the app should not have less features than going to the site on your phone does, that's just poor app design and defeats the purpose of having the app. might as well save storage space and go to the website. and maybe the above comment about hire someone or read a book is valid, but some of us like to play against the various computer ais available- which has the advantage of pausing and doing whatever and picking back up immediately when free unlike timed games against real players or day games requiring you to wait on your opponent. the "coaches" coaching doesn't matter, its more about having additional options at certain elo ratings to choose from.
I usually use the mobile app to play, and I noticed today that there are coach bots on the website version. Is there a reason that the coach bots are not available on the mobile app?
