Or rated, but I don't think that would be fair and organised at all
Feature Request - Live Chess: Time and/or Material Odds.
It's a great idea they should implement. Custom FEN games (and therefore the ability to have material odds) has long been requested for live games not just daily but they don't seem too bothered about it.
Time odds for live games seems such an obvious feature to bring in. If they did it, maybe it could have an autocalculate option for mathematically applying a best estimate of what time odds to give according to the rating difference (eg if two friends want to play, one being 500 points higher rated, then the time deducted would be a 50%, but if the rating difference was 200 points higher then they only lose 20% of their time, or something along those lines). This would mean that people of very different ratings would be able to easily play reasonably fair games.
I am still waiting for this feature to be public. I see twitch streamer that have access to that feature.
Yes! Please chess.com add the possibility to create a game with time odds (at least for unrated games)
Watch the chat box in this video (Eric Hansen playing time odds against viewer ):
It seems it's possible to set white and black time separately using those commands :
/wtime 0:20
/btime 0:90
Never tested it though, maybe it's reserved for streamers or staff people.

It is reserved.
I understand that material odds are available in Daily Chess. Giving time and/or material odds in an unrated Live Chess game would be a great feature to have.
