Lag benefits

How is it fair to play someone with 100ms+ ping on this site? I'm constantly having to premove my moves when it comes to players with higher pings. And it's costing me to make horribly bad moves. For example, I played a player from China, and I premoved my opening, and it felt like he/she was taking longer to move. But somehow my time on the clock was going down much faster, and I had to start premoving every move because of it; otherwise, I'd be down on so much time. I basically had to pre-move almost every move, and therefore made some bad moves. By the end of the game, I was still down 20 seconds ??. is  chess.com going to fix this i find it very unfair. If I play people with good pings, it's usually a fair game, but when it comes to people with higher than 100 ms + pings I feel they get a huge advantage. Chess.com should make it so that we can decline players with such high pings because it's extremely unfair.

it says benefits, as in a good thing...

your right it is a good thing

lag is a good thing?

It's not a good thing, but for them it is, and it's unfair. I'm very upset right now. I premoved the whole game, and I was down 20 seconds on the clock in a 3-minute blitz game. My opponent had 200 ms ping. I immediately blocked him after the game because that is just unfair, and I'm very upset right now.

There was a system on another chess website i can't say on here. but they had an option where you can see the other opponents ping before you played them, and had an option where you can accept or decline i hope chess.com uses that system in the future.

people with high ping would not get as many games tho
