Puzzle tiers still not functioning on mobile:

I reported this a couple weeks back, but my level meter will no longer build to the next rank when I earn puzzle points. It happened after some sort of app update that chess.com did. They ended up breaking functionality to the point where I'm going to cancel my paying membership if they don't care to fix it.

Which app and version?

I haven't had any issues on Android

App is 4.6.36-googleplay

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I'm on v4.6.37-googleplay-264445 (which may be the beta).

I've only seen the bar issue on one level, though its been a few weeks and I may have been in the previous version then) and it just went up slowly until it got within 1,000 points of the end. Haven't noticed it since.

Already tried reinstalling. Will try again, but the app is the same version as before. Not sure how you're getting access to 4.6.37...

I am on the beta but don't always know when the beta version and released version are the same.

Its possible that clearing the app data will get the bar showing again, but you'll have to reset up any local app settings.

That top part is related to an upcoming coach feature. It is a bit larger than I would like but my guess that's going to stay like that even if a feature is added to disable that when it's out.

I briefly saw the coaching feature a couple weeks back when it leaked onto the live app updates, and it was even MORE distracting with no way to get rid of it.
It's going to be the single fastest way to lose subs they will have ever found if they keep trying to fix things that weren't broken to begin with. Before this summer, the app was working beautifully. Now it's like I'm dealing with Microsoft updates...
