The new? game review on the app is a lot worse than the old one

Chess.com- you guys read this. One more vote for worst update. I can’t see how anyone liked the game review update. As a premium user, the game review was my most used feature now I’ll have to consider if I want to keep my subscription. At least make a toggle to let users pick display they want.

The communication and support of chess.com is a shame. I will defenetly keep that in mind.

CHess Dot Com Destroys the perfect design of the OLD game review. - Chess.comSee that "opening variation" name line? Now we don't have that... it's is compacted and unscreenshotable like this anymore.... how can we keep clean perfectly formated reviews if chessdotcom thinks the PERFECTION they had on their hands was unworthy of being kept around for Diamond paying users?

Chcek it out, i describe everything that is the problem in my previous to last blog....
they seriously must revert this. The coach steals 30%more space from the list of moves... and they removed all vertical space for moves.. restricting it to 10% of the screenn. WHO asks for that view of a game? Make the BOARD smaller and hide the coach.
AND they removed the "change your moves and see what accuracy you get at the end."
Now you cannot go see and get the best moves for all your options by yourself without hints of "best move" auto button, and at the end you get a "new accuracy"...
Now that is gone on iphone. Think of people with iOs 15 and older ChessdotCom otherwise i unsuscribe for removal of "ease of use" and "quality of life" lost with your app. Don't mess with the perfect reviews you had BEFORE october 2024.
Self analysis often doesnt work now, never failed before, for me at least

Nach meiner Einschätzung wird die Spielanalyse nach den Partien immer schlechter bzw. hat für mich immer weniger Aussagekraft. Sehr schade.

The new game review layout is a real pain.
One of the main reasons for paying premium hasn’t just been worsened, but turned into an opposite.
The forced visual flyover of all moves during the initial analysis is practically worthless, steals time is glitchy and annoying. What was wrong with having game summary and detailed moves on the same screen with scrolling? Game analysis options are way inferior comparing to the previous layout.
I am pissed during and after each game review.
Has this change passed any real user testing whatsoever?
Please reverse back to the previous superior design or at least provide a setup option to do so.

Totally agree. Taken away all the value in the diamond membership for me. Disappointing
I'm all for new updates, but there is a serious loss of functionality with the new? review. (I took a bit of a break, so not sure when the change was implemented).
A lot of space is taken up by the comment & the fact that the analysis board is now separated so you cannot explore engine lines makes the new review feature borderline useless. I don't see what the reasoning behind theses changes are since I don't even see anything that could be considered a trade off. Even moving to moves earlier/later in the game is worse. The engine depth level has been replaced by ambiguous terms instead of the engine elo level.
This change absolutely sucks, and I dont see why anyone should be using it rather than just looking at the analysis board now.
