Chess.com is Hiring Operations Director & Project Manager

I just had little time to kill (waiting that my friends come with beer) and think about world domination, conspiracy theories and.....

  Chess.com hiring: Operations Director & Project Manager...wouldnt it be smart to hire few apprentices for limited period of time and choose the best choice among them rather than get stuck with one ;)

Idiots would really like to see this:

-game database- every great site MUST have great game database. If chess.com wants to be greatest chess site it must have greatest, biggest, best, again greatest chess games databases-will attract GM,NM,IM,M&M and other letters and tempt people to pay for it ;)

-Targeted advertising- chess.com should advertise on other chess sites (google ads can do this job easy-peasy ;)...Why? Because chess.com is at the moment way ahead of other chess sites and it is perfect time to do this...eventually this would go in history books as"Great Chess Sites War"-really really want this (need more smilies too).

-Customer relationship management&Customer Service-Lets be honest: Every Idiot posting on forums expects that he gets answer from chess.com staff....and so it will be no matter what  ...you are failing miserably at this ....people like to think that what they say matters even when it does not...Simple "Thanks for posting. We will look into it" would help...It is no use if you attract infinite number of people if you cant keep them.

-About certain "Product Management": games databases, additional forum options etc. There is no need to re-invent the wheel. Just look at other sites and other forums and use their solutoins and copy what is good from them...people tend to complicate and waste resurces when there is no need to do so...one of the best advices I had-use this as much as possible-look what works on other sites and implement it here.

This is still "young" site with bright future and not that expirienced in a lots of things that will come with time and annoying complaints comming from idiots.

If you were given 24.5 hours in a day, what would you do with the extra half hour?

Correct answer: I would suffocated because I would be on mars (24.5 Earth hours = 1 Mars day)- be dead!
