Good idea: that could make it more fun to compete.

I would now if it would be possible to implement a new feature to compete in teams, for example, 20 folks, in a kind or league or ladder. Cause here the only way who stands in the leaderboard is it to have a team of thousands of member, but it's not likely a "team". Maybe admins could feel it is their team as they are involved in setting up matches and so, but for the rest, even we don't realize what is the result of the team matches in which we have participated. And also adding to the exiting competion one in these terms, we would avoid that craziness with the roasts, match cancelled, recruiting people, matching up, etc... which produce me lot of laziness. So that, something to avoid the parodoxical alienation which big teams produce. :)
